 Anne Williams has been an owner and investor on the Emerald Coast since 1989. She and her husband, Tim, also a Realtor with The Premier Property Group, have been involved in all aspects of the real estate world including developing, buying, selling, building both residential homes and rentals, investing, and 1031 exchanges.

 Tim Williams has been an owner and investor on the Emerald Coast since 1989. His family has visited the Emerald Coast since the mid 1980s. He and his wife Anne, also a Realtor with The Premier Property Group, have been involved in all aspects of the real estate world including developing, buying, selling, investing, and 1031 exchanges.
Investing in real estate since 1978 Tim & Anne have acquired or built both multi-family and single family properties.
Tim’s professional background includes over 35 years in the sales and marketing where he was in the top 1% of sales for the companies he represented. Tim is dedicated to working with clients and providing them the high standard of service they deserve.
